I’m Dan Bartlett—coach, engineer, and 2x founder. I’ve been writing code since I was 15 and building businesses for 20 years.

What this is
Practical AI enablement: a hands-on, in-person bootcamp, typically 3-4 hours, tailored entirely to you and your business. In short, I come sit next to you for an afternoon and we get busy!
- We start with you and your business. Where you’re at, where you want to improve, what you’re curious about. No question is too basic.
- I will teach you how to best think about LLMs: their strengths and weaknesses, and how to share the appropriate context with them.
- I coach you on how to manage the tide of new tools and information out there.
- I paint the bigger picture—what AI can and can’t do, what’s hype, what’s real.
- Then we get concrete: setting up tools, building workflows, showing you how to use them day-to-day.
- You leave with a clear roadmap towards further improvement and a sense of empowerment.
Note: Zoom bootcamps are also available, but I find that doing this in-person is more helpful for folks.

Business owners, founders and solo operators in Bristol and Bath who want to use AI wisely. I work with people who already have a business, not those looking to conjure one up with AI tools.
My approach is personal first, business second. You need to be comfortable with these tools yourself before you try to drag your team into the future.
