- After taking a sabbatical post-burnout, I’m now working as a coach and consultant.
- I’m writing regularly on Substack, whilst working on some longer-form writing projects.
- I’m trying to spend more time in the mountains and outside while the summer is here.
- My current ecology of practices: meditation (twice a day), lots of self-inquiry, Tai Chi and TRE. On the fitness side, I love hot yoga, run a couple times a week and throw kettlebells around once a week.
- I’m living in Bristol, UK.
- In the pipeline: training as a TRE practitioner (Trauma/Tension Releasing Exercises)
